The terms that govern your registration and participation in the Africa MICE Summit 2026.

1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for, and participation in, the Africa MICE Summit 2026 ("the Event"), organised by Zuri Events, and your use of our registration portal and related services (the "Services"). By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Event Details
The Event is scheduled to take place on 1–2 October 2026 in Mombasa, Kenya. Dates, venue, agenda, and speakers are subject to change. Where material changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.
3. Registration and Eligibility
- Registration is completed through our official portal and is subject to approval.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
- Credentials for the Event are personal to you and may not be transferred without our written consent.
4. Account and Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Fees and Payment
- Applicable fees are set out on the registration page for each package.
- Some packages are complimentary; others require payment in full to confirm participation.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your card details.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on your package and are communicated at the point of booking. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details in section 15. We will review each request in line with the terms applicable to your package.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in Event materials, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Photography and Recording
The Event may be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials. If you do not wish to appear, please notify the event team on arrival.
10. Use of the Services
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, by interfering with their operation, or by using them for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuri Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your participation in the Event or use of the Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be communicated to registered participants where appropriate.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
